Contribuisci feedbackWe stayed for a week in the hotel dax and ate lunch and dinner in their restaurant, escale sur adour, from the days. the chef cedric really did a fantastic job. not only has he adapted all my meals, made them vegetarian. kind, but he is also very health-oriented. he cooks with a lot of sweet and healthy carbohydate options such as heifer and barley. if healthy is not what they are looking for, order the burger with ridden, my partner was very happy. the restaurant has a nice selection of wine, we really enjoyed the chateau de l’hospital. the view is also beautiful, it overlooks a small river.
With homemade fries and an excellent salad. Smile of lamb fries house and salad with very sweet and very hearty pomelos with multiple cakes melting to the caramel a real delight interior and outdoor table the cook serves you and is very kind. Prices are reasonable between 15 and 20€ flat plus will be recommended

Too expensive! in this restaurant, you have to be content with the menu of the day at 15.30 €, but do not eat on the menu. 71.50 €, with a carafe of 50 cl of rosé and without apéro, it's too expensive ................ especially since we ordered some not very sophisticated dishes: liver-gras (ice served !), 6 gambas - salad mesclun, 1 entrecôte apple grenailles that were not cranes, 1 slice in the duck magret, 2 Thankfully, the fork (with no problem) limited the break ...... but to benefit from it, you have to eat ................ "à la carte". morality, go to this restaurant or the dishes are good, despite all, but take the menu of the day, and forget the fork ...........
