Lock 27 Brewing - Dayton

Good beer and the waiting staff I interacted with really knew that their beer is available in the discussion about the various beers and matched them to taste preferences. the food was only moderate. not bad at any wise, but also not particularly large. Given the obvious care and creativity in the production of their beer, I would also have hoped for a similar quality standard in their menu.

I was here a few weeks ago and it was okay. the atmosphere was alive and that was okay. server did not seem to be really attentive to us and had no great selection of cocktails we have seen. this is also very difficult to find because there are no turtles on the road to tell them where they go. when we went, we heard people trying to find the place and we told them happy.

Hannah was a total sweetheart. The beer was very good! However, the 2 dishes i chose for dinner, they didn't have. The third choice, they didn't have one of the ingredients (chicken). Hannah was very gracious enough to substitute pulled pork, which turned out pretty good. The mac and cheese isn't for everyone though. It's supposed to be beer cheese, but it was more beer than cheese. I liked it, but I'd bet it's not a taste for the masses. Either way, I'll be back for the beer. ?

Checked this place out while in from out of town. Beers were decent, venue was great right next to the ball park. I had to 4 star them due to the staff. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that I came in on an off day. I would hope that this isn't an every day occurrence.

Just some appetizers and drinks before catching a Dragons game. We had great service and the app's were delicious. The Top Flight is a 5oz sample of the top 3 brews from Lock 27 and a good way find one you like.
