Fricker's Restaurant - Dayton

We just delivered an order from 1818 woodman drive ohio, everything in it was not properly cooked. note tasted like frickers at all. the curly fries were not made, the bbq wings had hardly any sauce on them, so they did not taste at all like bbq, the baked veggies were covered with raw and the mild wings so had no flavor. that's all we have and tastes nothing like fricker's food.

Visited 3/17. I immediately thank them hostess.) they sat on the table for 30 min without ever getting a drink on my table. notified the hostess ca. 15 minutes after the reception and someone else (possible manager) tells us how the server was busy and that they wanted to take orders to help our server?.ended after another 15 minutes drinks are ordered, as I was was was wasting 30 minutes of my life on a place I once enjoyed. they never go to this place again.

That was terrible. server so sweet. manager terrible. n rude. found matted hair in enkeletons. manager says children are free. they are free. grrr. everything is cold. these flickering must be turned into health care.

Super disappointed. pro: kitchen was open on Saturday at 10 o'clock. negatiw: cold people at the tables around us had put up hunting again, as our table. very loud (and felt like it was louder) eating was best, meh chicken wings were ok, but badly sowed. knitterfries were bad, and everything was cold or cool. the drinks were in order. waiting the staff saw too many tables. even if we had a fairly simple order, we got our food after two other tables (which were after us) met there and one had a bigger party. we are not coming back.

My order consisted of chicken chunks, 10 wings, nachos and fried pickles. I ordered online and was given a pick up time of 7:50pm. I get there at 8:10 and they said they was running 15-20 minutes behind. I told the woman at the window that it is 20 minutes past my pick up time. I preceded to go sit back in my car. At 8:30 i called to check on order. I finally received my order at 8:36. Almost an hour past original pick up time. I get home expecting hot food. Nope, pickles was cold, my chucks was lukewarm( tasted great)nachos, was good and the wings was warmer than chunks but not hot. Needless to say I am VERY disappointed in my food. I understand being understaffed but almost 2 hours for an order is crazy. I also think that having a walk up window for pick up is ludicrous. To stand in line in the cold is very poor customer service.
