I had a great time at this unique and fun ice cream truck in Dayton, Ohio! They serve 'rolled' ice cream that is made right in front of you by pouring liquid ice cream onto a frozen pan, chopping it up, rolling it into strips, and serving it to you. The end result is a deliciously fluffy and creamy treat. I tried the Strawberry Mango flavor for $7, which was the only vegan option available. It was fruity, creamy, and perfect for a hot 90 degree day. I can't wait to go back and try more vegan flavors.
