We stopped in here for my daddy's 88th birthday lunch. I searched maps for restaurants in the area and this one looked great and it was. I've been through Dayton hundreds of times and didn't know this was tucked in next to the lake. The atmosphere wasgreat. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the fried green beans!! We all got something different and it all was good. They had from sandwiches to steaks. Nice variety. It was a little chilly so we sat inside but they have outdoor seating as well.Very nice find. We will be back.
Came here with my daughter on a Sunday afternoon, we needed a pet friendly restaurant and saw that they allowed dogs. We were seated immediately on the patio and they even brought a bowl of water for our German shepherd. The service was fast, friendlyand polite. We ordered the Chicken fried chicken and the Buffalo chicken sandwich which were delicious. Will definitely goback.
We were able to score a great seat on the covered patio with a great view of the water. The servers were very friendly and attentive and everything was well taken care of. We started with the fried pickles with a $2 off special for the appetizer. Forour dinner we had the camp fire cheeseburger, Buffalo chicken wrap and the BLT. The burger was very good with the burger wasgood and the sauce really added a nice flavor. The wrap was ok, but the lettuce wasn't fresh. The BLT was good, but wished thebacon was more crispy. I would probably try something other then the fries when we go back, they were just too hard for mytaste.
I received excellent service and had the Jacob Meyer burger. It was big and there was lots of fries, but the meat was mot very juicy and bun could have been a little fresher
