Contribuisci feedbackI ordered the 12-piece family meal, which included breasts and wings. Unfortunately, the chicken was barely warm and really dry. The green beans had no seasoning at all—they tasted like they had just come out of a can. The coleslaw was only slightly sweet and lacked flavor as well. This is the second time I’ve ordered from here, and both experiences have involved terrible food. Once again, I ordered breast and wings, and the service was also disappointing.
I waited for 5 minutes before the staff informed me that they were out of everything, even though they had previously asked if I had a DoorDash order. How can you be fulfilling DoorDash orders if you're out of stock? It seems like your employees are not motivated to be there. I think it's important for you to investigate what's happening at this location. I don't mean to get anyone in trouble, but I can clearly spot a problem.
I was initially told that I had been hired, but later I was informed that they chose another candidate instead. It felt discriminatory, and I sensed negative vibes related to my skin color as soon as I walked in. The job only offered $13 an hour, so it’s not like it was a huge loss for me, but if this pattern of discrimination continues, they could face a serious lawsuit. I hope they realize the impact of their actions, especially after making me wait two weeks for an answer!
Food was not as advertised, and was not good. I wanted to try the original bowl with mashed potatoes and popcorn chicken, only I didn't get chicken in the popcorn chicken, I just got hard crunchy pieces that did not include chicken. When I called to explainwhat I had got, they did nothing!
Spent $30 in drive thru and we had to orders they handed out the first order and told us we had a wait on the other order. I went inside after sitting outside 10 mins or longer and told them I wanted the first order replaced because it was coldespecially the fries. Every employee in the store made a comment. The girl in the back said I replace the tenders that?s it. Ireally wanted fries replaced being they get cold the fastest. I said forget it what?s Number for corporate, another girl saidit?s online and walked away? I?ve gone to this restaurant 3 times this week and been pulled around to the front every time. Alsogot home and the two 4 pc meals didn?t even have tenders they put boneless wings in their place Not happy it?s not cheap to eatout so to be pulled around and the quality of food was still horrible isn?t a good thing?
