Larosa's Pizza Centerville - Dayton

The food is usually excellent, and while the new remodel is pleasant and the service was good, unfortunately, this was possibly the worst meal we've had at La Rosa's. The salad lacked flavor, and the hoagies were incredibly dry.

I was informed that my order would take 15 minutes, which consisted of two Antipasto salads and breadsticks—nothing complicated. By the time I arrived, it should have taken less than 5 minutes to complete. However, after waiting 40 minutes, I finally received my order, only to find that they had given me cheesy breadsticks instead of the plain ones I had ordered. This mistake resulted in another 15-minute wait. It’s clear why there were so few customers in the restaurant. While the food is still good, it seems that LaRosa's, like many other places, has lost its focus on service.

I stoped to get a salad to go. They gave a time, and they delivered to me before. The location looks really good and the salad was fresh. I do recommend it.

My server was Kelly, and she is phenomenal! Attentive to my needs as well as her other clients, I observed how she changed her tone to accommodate her customers at other tables. I notice things like this as a former server myself. My food order was delivered promptly and perfect, and she made me feel welcomed. Top notch server much appreciated!

Used to go to Larosas quite frequently especially, when they had their Kettering location since it was only about a mile from our house. Haven’t been in quite a while until tonight. Salads were decent but extra charge for banana peppers or green peppers??? Give me a break. The rondos tasted good, but were smaller than they used to be and it looked like somebody might’ve sat on our box as they were squished. Apparently they don’t have garlic bread/Texas toast anymore either. And I don’t know what happened to their sauce, at least on the lasagna that I got as it pretty much looked and tasted like Chef Boyardee. Unfortunately not as good as it used to be.
