Contribuisci feedbackWe had reservations for 6 on 12/24/22 630. also after the call on the day before the confirmation that the restaurant was opened on the holy evening, what they confirmed, we were closed on the restaurant. no car in the partie. even if they could be closed on the basis of the weather, it is the responsibility of the manager to contact all reservations before the time to advise that they were closed to allow alternative plans. , the restaurants around them were still open and gracious to serve us. red lobster must be better than that.
We made a waiting list for 5:30. 5:10. put our names in that we were there. I said we'd sit in about 10 minutes. 5 other groups came in after we did it and had set their names on the lists. they said wait 30-45 minutes each. In the meantime, a group of two adults and two children came. one of the server, caleb was his name, went on the hand of the manne from the top group, took two menus and said before a full waiting lobby, “I will take them back, they are friends of me”. my sister went to the host and said: no, you are not, there are people waiting before them. the manager went up and said no, caleb, they can't do that, they need to wait. when the manager left, he signaled them and brought them to a table before 18 others wait. After 5 tables that arrived after we did, we were finally brought to a table. spoke to the manager table side and although very polite, it was clear that nothing would be done to solve the problems. So if they want to bypass all the people who are waiting for a table in red lobster on miller lane dayton ohio, they simply go in and ask them for caleb! they will sit immediately. on a side note, eating was very good and we had a very nice admirer named emily.
Was not in the time. really happy with my visit. almost missed, immediately served and polite and eating was very good.
After placing our order never seen the server again for 35 minutes when our food came out. I never got my salad and our drinks were empty. Did bring the salad after informing them and was given a free drink which I was happy with until I took a drink and it wasn’t the same thing I had before. Twice asked us if we wanted more bread but never received it. We like Red Lobster but this was the first time dining at this location. Just overall poor experience and probably will not go back to this location.
Servers were not the most expedient, but the meal was excellent!!
