Smokin Bar-B-Que - Dayton

This place is the real deal! the loaded riders were perfect. solid pieces of braided bark, the right quantity of side, flattened thick fryed, cut with creamy fresiger quality. oh, yes, and two of us had difficulty ending a take-out part. (I've said it completely? funny story: the people who went by saw how much my father and I liked it and didn't go away until they had directions!! cannot recommend this place enough!

Great customer service. the baked beans were delicious. I ordered pulled pork plate with two sides (cole slaw and buzzed) of the cashier/server and the manager were great. I look forward to eating this BBQ business again.

I have been working here since august 2005, but have left a few yer and started in 2010 and have since been here. love my costumes dedicated to this place. the ppl i work with are also quite cool. we cook to call here, with our hearts and our souls! They can not ask for a better BBQ joint in downtown dayton oregon district! below is our delicious smoked brisket!

This is a great little joint. The BBQ is great. No tables, just stools at the counter. If you are a clean freak, this might be the place for you. If not, don't miss the chance to try it. Staff was attentive and friendly.

Wonderful BBQ and very friendly folks. Pulled chicken was smoky, juicy and tender. Ribs were large with great flavor and cooked to perfection. They also offer ham, turkey, salmon and brisket smoked. BBQ beans some of the best we have found. Indoor seating is limited to two counters and about ten stools. Outdoors there are some picnic tables and a couple small tables with two chairs each. Prices are very reasonable.
