Update... still waiting!!!!! 52 minutes and still can't get the4 pieces of pizza i ordered. Management obviously has never gone through any training, because they suck worse tan other team members. Its now been over an hour. ret are Staff is the rudest customer service I've dealt with in years. I thought it was just one or two employees, but after several trips at different times of day, I've come to realize they all suck! I was in the military and like to go military Monday, but you don't get the respect or appreciation in the restaurant!

First time ordering and by far the best bbq taste in the city def ordering again food was fresh hot and shout out to the chefs for authentic taste! the bbq ribs taste like Cleveland Togo packaging was secure and organized perfectly and def affordable we got a lot of food ! !!

Food is good. Prices are fair. Customer service needs improvement. Very short and obviously doesn’t want to be there.
