Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Dayton

Great as smoothies, Acai Berry Boost is my favorite smoothie.

I would door dash my order and so would pick it up, On one occasion, another customer and I walk in at the same time. The cashier saw us both waiting for a while. As soon as she was done with another customer, she walked to the back of the kitchen and started making orders. We were waiting for a while. Finally, someone else from the kitchen helped us. My order was ready. All she had to do was ask for the name. I felt like it was because we were African decent. This place really needs to work on customer service.

Three cheese quesadilla was put together poorly and was cold. The store was running late but the food was still cold from the restaurant.

Amazing! I love tropical smoothie cafe! I feel healthy after my first swallow! great portion size, delicious smoothie a great price! there was an excellent customer service at this place! here is something interesting, the same guy who gave this excellent customer service when I entered was the same guy I saw to sweep the floor, the same guy who was safe and sanitized then created my delicious smoothie and gave it to me with more excellent customer service! Beyond that, there was a great team effort at this place, everyone seemed on his same excellent customer service workflow I will be definitiw back, I am a smoothie cafe fan!

Yummy smoothies and a huge variety of different tastes to choose from. I got the ultimate B.L.T and it was very filling and yums in my tums. Ill dif. B going back. The staff was down to earth and Eric was quite the funny man!
