Wendy's - Dayton

Be a no star, walked in to start with because their drive threw was still on lunch 10am, said its broke, no, you just have to walk out their to turn them, and the sandwich I got, I wouldn't give to my worst enemy. Just horrible.

This restaurant is a great representation of the newer style establishments. Everything was as expected - nothing exceptional, but no disappointments either. The prices are more reasonable compared to big fast food chains like McDonald's after their recent price increases. I definitely plan on coming back.

I ordered 3 Asiago Chicken Sandwiches, but when I got home, they only had sauce and a single tomato. I called the restaurant and they said they were out of those ingredients. I think they should have informed me beforehand, especially since I paid extra for the cheese and bacon. I could have just ordered regular sandwiches and saved my money or gone somewhere else. I expect to get what I paid for. I would have given zero stars if I could because the staff were also rude in handling the situation.

I visited the drive-thru and ordered my food, but unfortunately, the baked potatoes were hard and unpleasant, and the chicken nuggets were cold. Additionally, they forgot to include the sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets. This location has significantly declined in quality, and I will not be returning.

Customer service is a zero...and I saw a roach crawling up the wall by the bathroom while there. Manager Tammy was rude to staff and customers. 2311 needmore rd is the location. I wuld have given zero stars if allowed.
