Stopped by for lunch before the Coke Zero sugar 400. This place was absolutely packed and yet everything moved efficiently, restaurant was kept clean and employees had wonderful attitudes. Had a small hiccup with my order getting lost and it took about 20 minutes but as soon as they got it handled they apologized and even refunded my meal after bringing it, top notch. Can't wait to go back when it's a little less busy.

I wish I would have taken photos because OH MY GOSH! The restaurant, costumer service and the food were PERFECT. I mean, absolutely perfect from the moment we walked in until we left. We we came in on 9/11/23 at 2:30. We were greeted immediately by two friendly and helpful employees. We even got to chatting about the Orlando location. Our food was fresh and delicious. But let's also talk about the restaurant itself. It's SO FREAKING CLEAN!! I even saw the same employees cleaning the hallway way walls in their spare time. I mean, the place is IMMACULATE! and overall, the employees seem really happy to be there. It was all around a great experience. Great food and super dope employees!Oh, and thank you for the vegan burnt ends. I love that I actually have a BBQ place I can go to and eat a full meal. Not just high carb sides. Thank you thank you!!

Average BBQ brisket was very small pcs burnt ends (see pic)were just left over meat nothing special! Bake beans were pretty good.
