Checkers - Daytona Beach

I'm not sure why the night shift consistently forgets to include sauces in the bag, but this is the third time it has occurred at this location. The day shift does a fantastic job, but during the night, I often receive overcooked food, the sauces are never included, and orders take much longer to prepare. If you decide to order from here, I would recommend doing so during the day, or be ready to deal with frustration and missing items.

I was really disappointed with my order. The tenders were extremely dry, and they forgot to include the sauces I requested. There's nothing worse than having dry tenders without anything to dip them in. I was at work and didn’t have any ranch dressing or anything else available. They were so dry that I couldn't even eat them. Additionally, I ordered my soda without ice, but it came filled with ice instead. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

The Garlic Parmesan Loaded Fries were excessively garlicky, and the chicken patty was tough. The only highlight was the Fry-Seasoned Monsterella Stix, but that wasn't great either since they didn’t include any marinara sauce with the order. I ordered a Coca-Cola but ended up with a Root Beer. Overall, I was really disappointed with this meal.

The service was very courteous and quick. I ordered from the drive-thru, and everything was great. The food was enjoyable and served hot. As for parking, there wasn't much available, but it wasn't too busy—just a long line.

Absolutely terrible experience. I have never had a worse encounter with food service. We waited for 45 minutes after ordering two sandwiches, but when we reached the window, only one was ready. There were even people panhandling in the drive-thru, and in front of the restaurant, it looked chaotic. I saw four employees just standing around doing nothing inside. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would.
