Clocktower Lounge - Daytona Beach

This hotel is past due in need of room refubishment and then some. We stayed in November 2023 for an awsome annual event. The elevators get backed up, so we opted for the stairway since we were on a lower floor. I can 't describe the trash and mess of what appeard to be left by non-registered individuals getting into the stairway area in the north tower side. This was concerning since our room was right next to the stairway. IKES! Our room was old and outdated. The air conditioner was loud and needed a new filter (actually a new AC) The slider was in rough shape and very difficult to close and lock. The room next to us would bang the door shut several times late night, to close it. Ya-Hoo! The bathroom is WORN OUT past its expiration date. The exterior especially the outer Hyde Park area, is in need of upgrades. Some of our attending guest friends lost hot water. We could not focus in on things or it would have ruined our awsome event we were attending. I will say that the food catered by the hotel every year is very good and the help at the event is also very good. If the investors aren 't willing to do room upgrades, we will be requesting that our event hosts think about a new venue going forward. We are not the only attendees who have the same viewpoint on this property. Sad to say that Daytona is trying, but is still not a top desirable beach location. The further deterioration of this property will not help bring Daytona Beach to the level it should be at in 2024. This property should be THE desirable destination for Daytona beach. Hyde Park is the best part of this hotel, although it is not affilaited with Hilton. If Hyde Park pulled out of this property, there would be no class left to the place. Stop the greed and start fixing up the joint...! Please

Everything is absolutely perfect with this resort. I had the most pleasant booking and check in with Stacy was amazing, she answered all of my questions and gave the best customer service I’ve received from any staff member at any location. 10/10 recommend. Will be returning in the future for sure!!

The place is just vibrant with full of smiling faces.

I want to let people know you will be charged an extra 375.00 if you use 3rd party booking parking is 30.00 a night and that is parking yourself. Valet is 42.00 a night. Rooms have no microwave and are very dusty because of carpet. Our stay was ok but will find another place next time WITH PARKING! And elevators only 2 working so it was hard to catch one going up or down ALWAYS full
