Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Daytona Beach

I found the burger I ordered to be acceptable, but the French fries were stale. I'm not sure if they were cooked in old oil or something, but they were really unappetizing. I placed my order through UberEats, and it seems like your staff might not prioritize those deliveries. This experience was disappointing, and I won't be ordering from your restaurant again. It felt like a waste of money.

I ordered from here for the first time, and the food was absolutely terrible. I would recommend not wasting your money here. Many items were missing from my order, the mac and cheese was just Kraft mac and cheese, the baked beans were unappetizing, and the pulled pork was dry without any barbecue sauce provided. I was honestly very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant.

The chicken was served cold, straight from the refrigerator, and I didn’t dare eat it for fear of getting sick. The mac and cheese was passable, but the cream spinach was just as cold as the chicken, so I didn’t touch that either. To top it off, the fountain drink machine was out of order, forcing me to pay over three dollars for a cup with only iced tea as an option. Overall, the food quality was terrible, and I have no intention of returning or recommending this place to anyone. After I voiced my complaints, no one checked in to see if my situation improved. I wish I had taken pictures and spent my money elsewhere. I've also reached out to their corporate office to express my concerns.

Went there for dinner 6/25 and only one person working so our experience may have been different had they been fully staffed. The food was very disappointing for the price we paid. The bbq was dry and sauces in seating area were all empty. The sandwicheswere cold and supposed to have toppings. When asked about the toppings we were told the day shift didn't prepare them. He failedto mention that when we ordered eliminating our opportunity to either change our order or leave. We will not be returning.
