Contribuisci feedbackCame in at 5:20 PM. They close at 6. They already cleaned the grill and you cannot get any Reubens unless they microwave it. They cannot do any cheesesteaks or anything that requires going on the grill... Food is decent but poor customer service.
The cashier said I could order 1/2 sub as the buns were large and requested extra mayo to make sure it covered the bread. They brought me a full sub which was fine but it had barely any turkey and the bread had a small amount of mayo. I took sandwich back for extra meat and explained I ordered extra mayo. The sub maker pushed the sub on the counter and it was touching a wet dish towel. When the manager came to assist I explained the sub was on a dish towel and he replied all our towels are sanitized? Clearly this was a used towel. At that point I requested a refund and nobody tried to offer another sandwich.
They are a little deceiving. The board says one price. But when you pay, they charge you way more. The excuse..... we just haven 't changed our board menu yet but I will say the food is good.
Ordered the honeycomb club reuben and was not impressed. Asked for additional items on the club, which only received 1 out of the 3 requested. Both sandwiches had the meat piled in the center of the bread to make it look and feel thicker than it actually is. The bacon, which I wouldn't even really call it that was less than 1 full strip and looks like it had been shredded. The menu also states that the sandwiches come with a pickle which ours did not. On the positive note they were nice enough to give extra napkins!
It was ok. Had the Reuben. Lots of meat. Frankly, I eat at home mostly. But, I was out and about and was hungry. Should of waited and cooked myself something at home. I would give it another shot if I was in a pinch and close. Will not specifically drive there for lunch.
