Romando and Javar provided an outstanding customer service experience. Romando was attentive and helpful during our order. The food was served hot and exceeded our expectations. This has been the best customer service we have experienced at this Krystal in a long time. Kudos to the Krystal on Ridgewood in Holly Hill!

NATASHA's customer service was exceptional. There was a mix up with my order and she was very polite about everything. During times like these when you know employees in this industry are just exhausted and undermanned, it is very much appreciated when someone can still find ways to care to make customers happy. She is willing to go an extra mile or to make an effort in making sure customers leave happy and someone like her is essential to this kind of business. Thank you Natasha.

I brought 3 16 yr old football players for spring break and had to have an afternoon of cheap food to feed the beasts. Drove in and ordered 4 of the 12 packs of burgers and chicks. No complaining, perky girl in the window, loaded up on napkins and S&P. Didn't take long to cook it up. Got a 1/2 gallon of tea and took to the hotel. All was there, perfect, a lot cheaper dinner over the pounds of crab legs we have been eating! I used to get 50 crystals for like $10.. those days are gone but they were good and hot!!!
