Krystal Company - Daytona Beach

The service was good, which is all you can ask for around 1 o'clock. The food was enjoyable; it’s Krystal’s, and I have no complaints. The staff member at the drive-thru was efficient. They seemed a bit short-staffed, which caused a line, but there was no room for complaints.

Krystal reminds me of the days I used to go fishing with my dad and would bring home a bag full of fresh catch. I took my two boys here for the first time, and it was a great experience. The fries were spot on, and the burgers tasted just like I remember them.

We ordered food and it was excellent, but when we ordered to go, about a third of our order was missing—specifically, six burgers without onions or pickles. We live 25 minutes away, and I asked if everything was included, to which I was told yes. From now on, I will make sure to double-check. I understand that mistakes can happen; I just had some hungry family members at home. Thank you! We really love Krystal and will continue to come back.

I had a pretty disappointing experience at this restaurant. The drive-thru felt rushed, and I wasn’t finished with my order by the time I reached the window. I ordered coffee there and asked for cream and sugar. However, when I opened the bag with the cream and sugar, the smell was off-putting (I won’t go into detail, but it was unpleasant). To make matters worse, the sugar packets and creamer were damp. I couldn't even drink the coffee, which completely ruined my appetite. I'm really concerned about the cleanliness and sanitation of this establishment.

Ordered online for a 9:40 pickup. Arrived at 9:35 and went to door which was locked. Rang bell like sign said. No answer. Call store phone and no answer. Proceeded to drive thru just to sit and wait. It?s is now 10:15 and just received my food. Good job 40 minutes to pickup a mobile order. Never again
