I couldn't decide between Eggplant Parmesan or Manicotti. She suggested the Eggplant. It was the best I've had since I moved to Florida from an Italian neighborhood in Connecticut. It was cooked to perfection. I would recommend it highly.
Daytona's hidden gem! Amazing food and legit old school Italian, they even brought me a side of pasta with a spoon for twirling. I had the eggplant parmigiana and it was incredible. My entire bill, with wine, was only $23. Will definitely be back!
Food was very good and fresh. It was t blow me away good but was for sure tasty. Portions were on the small side.
Love this place especially the service. Very old school with great bread service, salads, traditional dishes and pizza. Large portions, ok wine and beer menu. I love the chicken franchise with spaghetti side even includes a salad. We go about once a month. Great Tiramisu Old school interior, senior servers, plastic over table cloths. Fun group sport side room.
Stopped in as we were staying directly across the street from this restaurant. The ambience was nice. The staff seemed nice enough, not overly friendly but cordial. The prices are reasonable. The wine that was suppose to be sweet according to the server was NOT sweet but we drank it. The calamari was a bit tough and seemed over cooked. The basket of bread was not bad but was just bread. The garlic cheese toast with homemade marinara was a hit with our party of 3! Didn't like that nearly all the entrees came with choice of vegetables, spaghetti or garden salad. I would have preferred my shrimp scampi to come over pasta. Overall the food was just ok. I probably would give them another chance as their pizza looked delicious!
