Sarku Japan - Daytona Beach

The staff is super friendly, the food is really good and the kitchen looks clean. I am leaving Florida and I am going to miss my favorite Japanese food place. I literally walk in the mall just to get my teriyaki chicken with fried rice and “little bit of veggies” Keep it up!!

I love Sarku. Unfortunately it's not in the mail closest to me but when I am near one I definitely pick up a meal or two!!!

Their veggies are cooked to perfection and their Teryaki Chicken is really good. No gristle. The rice is some of the best fried rice I have ever had. It costs about $7 a person. They fill up a massive to go container. It is probably about 1.5 times the size of an average Chipotle burrito.

The staff here are lovely and welcoming, and the food is both delicious and satisfying. Among the three vendors offering Asian-inspired cuisine in the Volusia Mall Food Court, I personally favor Sarku Japan. Their food tastes fresher compared to the other two places, which prepare large quantities in advance and leave them sitting in steam tables for hours.

The food was served promptly and tasted fantastic! The staff were also very courteous. I will definitely return next time!
