The Mad Batter - Daytona Beach

This small restaurant is excellent, with delicious food. The patty melt is especially good and is served with homemade seasoned fries or chips made to order. Both chefs are fantastic. The atmosphere is quaint with Alice in Wonderland themed decor. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place!

I popped in for a late breakfast and was pleased with the quick and friendly service. The food was fantastic, especially the large pancakes, so make sure to come hungry.

We stumbled upon this place for lunch and it turned out to be a great discovery. My wife needed a custom-made sandwich and they were more than willing to accommodate her request. I ordered a Patty melt and it was delicious. Despite being recently featured in the local newspaper and feeling a bit overwhelmed, they still provided excellent service to us and all the customers that came in.

Such a great find! Server was super friendly and I love the vibe. My Belgium waffle was a little thick for my liking but everything else was AMAZING!!!! Reasonably priced.

Cheesy atmosphere. big disappointment. being from Iowa I was expecting so much more. bland and boring. terrible interior decor. mediocre food.
