Contribuisci feedbackThe food is good, especially for a chain restaurant. The service was excellent, and that's what truly enhances the overall experience. Our server was very attentive to our group and exceptionally friendly.
I've visited this chain restaurant before, and I have to say my experience this time was just fair. It was alright, but nothing really stood out to me. The food was good, but not exceptional, and the service was acceptable. My steak was a little bit burnt, though it wasn't too overcooked. I suppose I expected to be impressed, but unfortunately, that didn't happen. However, I did discover a decent place for lunch.
Had a long time family friend Daryl, wait on me and my girlfriend an friend. He was very hospitable. Was quick and diligent on bringing us out appetizers. And drinks.
The food was great; I had the salmon, which was delicious and reasonably priced. I accidentally spilled my drink, but they kindly replaced it for free, and the staff were very nice about it.
This particular location was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The 99 itself lost a star because they changed the breading on the chicken they use for gold fever wings. Not a fan of the new tenders tbh. So what once was my absolute favorite dish is now a once in awhile thing I may or may not enjoy as much as I usedto.
