This place is simply amazing with great employees great eating and rocking live music. the employees just do a great job here by offering excellent customer service. very friendly and listen to the request and gives great suggestions. the cozy ambiente and the amount is also good. about eating it is absolutely delicious and fresh. it's delicious. had a great dinner. ps late post

Where do I even begin ?!?? As you enter the place itself, you’re instantly hit with this awesome chill vibes. The ambience and layout is just AMAZING! I was a first timer at Hard rock cafe. We visited the Festival city mall branch. I just wanna start off by saying that the songs that were playing were an apt selection to set the mood. It really gave good vibes. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. We were waited on by Melane. She was so sweet and quick on her feet. She recommended some good food as well. Even the AGM, Milena was very friendly and welcoming in her approach toward the guests. Our orders was taken and served quick. The food was hot and yummy! We had the bahama mama, virgin mohito, fish and chips and the legendary hickory burger. The portion size was really good. It’s totally worth the price. The drinks were great as well ! At the end of our meal, we were surprised with a complementary brownie sundae! We really couldn’t have asked for anything better to end our meal with. The one main aspect of Hard rock cafe that I love is that everything is made from scratch, all produce is fresh and the recipes are their original recipes. I can only imagine how people would (before COVID 19 flock to Hard rock cafe for a good time. Based on my experience recently I can surely say that the pandemic hasn’t dampened the cravings of the customers ! Will surely be back for more :

So today I went to Hardrock cafe with my friends and visiting a rest after pandemic was little scary, thr serviced there were amazing guy on the lift helped us to go to the next floor by helping us not touching thr buttons, thn on next floor counter had sanitizers for us waiting, he took us to our well Cleaned Sanitized table which was clean and shiney sanitized just beforre we sat, the crew was wearing gloves and masks and did all the good precautions we all need during this time. The tables were placed at a distance where we all could eat and enjoy withoit worrying about tje place bejng packed, Now lets talk about food as usual the steaks were AMAZING, mac and cheese was Yummiest, we had Double cheese burger which was BOMB DOT COM!! loved the over all environment and service. Thankyou for having us Hard rock cafe!!
