Don't order online you wait for your food longer than if you would just order when you get to the restaurant. And nobody even acknowledges you once you say you have an order to pick up you ordered online. Absolutely horrible service!!!
Always good at A&W !!!??Wish there was more A&W restaurants around. Bring them back.
So far not so good store suppose to open at 10:00 I'm still waiting on lobby to open. I'm a trucker on a time schedule trying to get something hot to eat. I see the employees and they clearly looked right at me. They were walking through the restaurant but not one has came and said anything to me yet.
WARNING POTENTIAL THEFT: CHECK YOUR RECEIPTSI really didn't want to do this, I was hoping the local franchise would make this right, but I do not feel they did. Long story short, I used the drive thru and the next day I noticed they added a tip to the transaction. Not only was this now going to be a time drainer on myself but it seemed so easy for them to do this!!!! My greater concern was how others could be affected by such a thing. It took me a half hour just to get a general managers contact information to voice my concern. Tony (manager) has been less than helpful in all of my attempts to remedy. He offered my money back, which seems fair to most I am sure, but I now have hours into this debacle and my time is not worth the 20 dollars they likely have into it and not mentioning the concern this is happening to other people. They admitted the transaction had a tip added to it but they indicated it was an accident and they know that because other stores are receiving tips at the same level. How many people don't know if they have had tips added to their transactions in the drive thru setting? I tried to handle this internally but with no resolve. Has this happened to you?
