Are you weighing it? Disregarding the “extra” aspect while still charging for it? If I get extra Oreo, I want extra Oreo: meaning, a relatively substantial amount that is noticeable. The Blizzard I just finished was mostly ice cream, even though I asked for extra. This happens almost every time which is why I am finally posting a review. $7 for 14oz of ice cream is a ripoff. Please start putting EXTRA when it’s ordered and paid for.
Based on the other reviews and my experience they don’t stay open as late as their posted hours. It’s probably about time to simply change the store hours sign and times on Google to “8:45 (or whenever we decide that day)” so others don’t dive to visit only to leave disappointed and a bit confused.
I never write a Google review but feel compelled to here. Posted hours were 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. While seated outside at about 8:10 p.m. a worker locked the doors. In the next half hour no less than 20 people walked up and tried to enter to no avail. The line of cars in the drive-thru was lengthy. Based on this and other recent reviews...is there any management at all of this establishment?
Hours clearly stated on the front window, big and bold, 10am-9pm. Arrived at 8:50 and they had the drive thru blocked off. What a joke.
More than once closed early. Last time we went they were only accepting cash. Tonight went through the drive through and once again were closing early. Change the hours if you aren’t actually open until 9pm.
