They're supposed to die. yum yum yum. moist and tasty. will definitely go back. very friendly and quick service. a wonderful experience when I pick up my pickup order.
This restaurant specializes in peking duck, Pan-fried knödel and in the grunde all Beijing/Peking bäck (top on the back page menu,) they are the most authentic and best in canberra and easily beat melbourne (where we live now). the quality of these dishes has not changed for 10 years. try the sesame bags, they will not go wrong and also their chili bark is the best, crunchy and not oily. if they order the right dishes, they will become a recurring customer!
