Man who works was very rude while we ordered. I couldn't understand what he asked me about a very strong aczents, and instead of just repeating the question he grabbed on us grumpy and had a 20-minute loud phone call while we were there.

I got a butterpeacon ice cream and I went to the place we're dirty. I'm asking for my ice and I guess he knew how to speak English. he wes mexican and gave me chocolate ice cream, without gloves are masks, so I told him it's the wrong taste. And he got angry. And the old chocolate ice cream was put back in the mull. And he used the same cone and laid the right ice cream. And he says word on Spanish. very wrong. very careless, someone should report this to find it in the am again. what's going on when I told him that's not right he was wes full of rage and got violent and I asked for a man. he pretended he didn't understand English and ignored me there ice cream wes futile probably left the freezer door open

I had a disappointing experience at Baskin Robbins. I gave them a $20 bill, but they mistakenly gave me change for a $10 and then argued that I had only paid $10. I ordered two scoops of pralines and cream in a sugar cone, but instead received a bowl with two scoops of melted, stale-looking ice cream. The nuts were soft and unappetizing. I'm feeling sick just thinking about it. I should have known better than to go, especially since I usually avoid this place on Saturday nights. I wouldn't recommend it unless it's your only option for ice cream on the planet.

Asked for a single scoop of ice cream got barely a kids scoop. Horrible service
