Contribuisci feedbackThe two women at the personal had a flawless work for the conditions in which they were forced to work. it took about 30 minutes to get through the drive because the owner is to pay the hired one viable reward so that they were heavily underused. Moreover, the outer of the place was in shamble and these poor women were forced to work in the heated box of a restaurant without air conditioning in 80 degrees weather.
The place is in human i was there on Friday 26. august 830 pm .ich waited 10 minutes when I was the loudspeaker. the woman is beyond rude, she is a racist! I didn't do that. I'm a veteran, I actually have her non-human customer service.. She poked the bear, here I come. I pray that this is a company business, but if it is a franchise, I go to the top to vote my wut at the terrible terrible way i was treated!. arghhh I have only read the previous reviews, it is a repeater, to sell at customers, where did this non-have come from? who has raised this chaos has come, I am on the march to help fix, anti human behavior
This evaluation is closely related to our experience with the worker mel on 7/19/22. like a rareness in today's days in the fast food journey through , mel was excellent. we had a large order with changes and separate transactions. she was friendly, polite, helpful and only really a breath of fresh air. Moreover, our order was correct and it even has sauces and serviettes without asking us. overall a pleasant experience. mel, thank you for being nice! When you read this, she deserves a raise!
Please let me think about this very very unprofessional customer service I have just received. I waited for 5 minutes in the car ride thru, just to move to the window and the young one is not sitting on the counter back and forth with me said that I was there for 5 minutes and tells me that I'm going back while a car is behind me. then here when it comes. the old lady manager tells me that I was already there because she saw me on the camera and that I was pulled out and then came back and that I was not there for 5 minutes! I asked if they meant that to you seriously? their answer "I will show them how serious I am and the window closed and the command behind me took. they really should pay a visit and change these people. I will not return definitiw, even if it is around the corner. Stars!
One: Darren the cashier was a sweet however wtf is up with the pick up process!!! They took my money 5 windows ago. Management you are by the airport you need a better system
