Always enjoy eating in this restaurant. cannot beat the freshly prepared food. a family member has some food allergies so they carefully prepare his food in the kitchen.

The experience was fantastic. The server was attentive, and the food was delicious. Service was quick, and even though it was the early days of the pandemic, they took excellent care of us.

Our service table site was good, but my food was dreadfully cooked, done and simply not taste good

I really enjoy this restaurant, but when we visited, they were seriously understaffed. There was no one to prepare the salads, so we never got to have one, and the waiters seemed overworked. We even had to wait a while for simple things like straws.

First, the forks we received were filthy, with dried rice still stuck to them. I noticed other tables around us were also asking for clean forks. Second, my mother’s meal had to be returned to the grill, and we were informed that the waitress would bring it to our table. I specifically told our waitress about this, and she assured me that she would bring my mom’s plate. Unfortunately, that never happened. My mom eventually had to get up and search for her food, which was sitting outside the kitchen and had already gone cold. Third, I had to repeatedly get up to find our waitress to request more bowls. At one point, I even asked another waitress for assistance, but she dismissed me. I needed another bowl so my mom could help herself to more hot food. Lastly, not a single dirty plate was cleared from our table throughout the meal. I ended up stacking the dirty plates just to make some space. It was utterly ridiculous! I didn't want to escalate the situation by involving a manager, as I didn't want to ruin my husband's birthday celebration even further.
