Famous Hamburger - Dearborn

I did not have a good experience and was very disappointed they treated me I had signed on line to receive a free milkshake and informed on my arrival but due to my phone wifi on flight zone and the manager refuse to honour it However I was able to put it on phone and showed it the waiter and then the cashier came to me and also showed to her again After minutes I had the manager wanted to see it again as he did not believe it I was were embarrassed and could believe it Finally I had to tell and forget about as it was only worth 3 dollars and was not worth it and had come here with my wife to eat.This is no way to treat your customer like this Only that I had requested to have hot sauce and charged me fifty cents I have never seen this in any restaurant that you have to pay for hot sauce. This is ridiculous ??? The waffles are really nice but again the burgers were nothing' expectional In fact in Toronto the Hero burgers are a lot better and cheaper At least they do not charge for hot sauce It was disappointing for us and would not go again

I visited for the first time and I'm already a huge fan! I loved their famous burger, and the fries were excellent too. The small coleslaw salad on the side was decent, but it was a nice addition overall. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it. I also tried their Lucy Juicy, but I still preferred the famous burger.

I always enjoy dining here and make it a point to bring our guests from abroad.

I had some of the best burgers I've ever tasted here. The meat is moist, juicy, and deliciously greasy. I really enjoyed the Philly burger with the grilled mushrooms. The staff was friendly throughout my visit. Definitely consider getting a combo with fries and coleslaw!

The food here is excellent, and the portion sizes are generous. You can swap fries for a salad, and I highly recommend the kale salad—it's incredibly fresh and delicious. When it comes to burgers, you can't go wrong with a classic bacon cheeseburger; the bacon is thick and perfectly crispy. It's absolutely delightful! I would definitely return.
