Platz closes at 9they lock the doors on like 840I knocked on the door around 845 said to the girl working yet not closing her opened the door made my smoothie and got soou crazy I even tipped her, but now she looks like she wanted to kill me. they slamming things page that annoys me, they come at least up to 5 minutes ago not 15 minutes ago

I ordered my order 15 minutes before I got there. my job was not ready. the girl who has long haare sat with customers chatting. the young people on the back just stood there. They usually have good employees, but those who work on Monday afternoon are terrible, especially this girl. if they have cameras, please look at them. I went and she went back to sit on the table with the customers/friends. they were edible. they could have called to see what I would like to replace. I bought two drinks one was avocaldo who didn't have any strawberries and was not done.

Eating was fresh and very good and my smoothie was amazing

My grilled cheese was not grilled or roasted. I've got broth. it also came with speck that I did not order. also no straws for the smoothies.

I arrived at the restaurant around 7:30pm and was not greeted by the worker, who was complaining to herself. When I received my smoothies, one did not have a cap and the worker coughed on it before giving me a cap. I was so disgusted that I almost threw it away outside. My boyfriend went in to ask for a new one politely. The same worker then accused me of being an anti-vaxxer and called me stupid. She denied coughing on the drink, even though she didn't make an effort to cover her mouth. The worker was both unhygienic and rude. She should not be handling food or working anywhere near the front desk.
