Great customer service I was just there for a door bag

The food was always good, but the service did. I sat at the bar today and waited 45 minutes for my hamburger. Then it took another 45 minutes to check. I couldn't ask for the check because the bartender disappeared. The place was almost empty. One day I will predict that it is permanently empty.

Don't walk out of order. You charge u 3 or 4 dollars more on your articles. Manager said that there are companies doing to pay for boxes. Trying to get money back to the map didn't want an order. Manager said it takes 3 days to be on the map. Never again. Stay away from this place. And check your reception.

Ate in the bar area... server was fantastic and attentive. The hostess kept seats in the bar until she was quite overwhelmed. She finally asked her to sit. In the main dining room. But with everything she was 100% on her head. The peppercorn sandwich and the potato skins were noticeable.

Service was great. Had surf and turf trio. Seafood was great. Sides were great. Beer was cold. For a steak house I would expect better. Fillet was pink like I requested but yet it was very dry.
