Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Decatur

The ice cream here is actually good (although the pecans in the butter pecan flavor are too salty), but they always take forever to serve it. It seems like they are understaffed. I arrived at 7:10 and there were about 8 people or small families ahead of me. It's now 7:57 and there are still 3 customers in front of me. It seems like they take an average of 10 minutes to serve each customer, which is ridiculous considering they mainly serve ice cream. That's all that's happening.

It took 25 minutes for my shake to be made and it was too thin. However, the young lady who served me was very friendly.

I enjoy the variety of flavors and sorbets offered at this restaurant, but I find it to be too pricey for ice cream.

I love ice cream. I got a waffle one with 3 different flavors and it was sooo good. It was amazing. I recommend this store to any one who reads this message. You know you want some icecream. Live alittle!

I should've taken pictures but I love their ice cream. Even during the cold months, I still enjoy it. I had the brownie bowl with vanilla ice cream. Topped with peanut butter, fudge and chocolate with a cherry and whipped cream. If you haven't tried them, I do not know what you waiting on!
