Waited in drive thur line for a hour as the dining room was closed. When I finally got to order (had to wait at the kiosk to order) so yes that was another 10 minute wait. When I finally drove up to the first window to pay, they had the wrong order. The assistant manager seem to be overwhelmed by everything- she even walked off with my credit card and receipt before coming back to hand to me. I ordered with cheese and guess what- no cheese.
He waited for 30 minutes for the ride. each car in front of us waited no less than 10 minutes to place their order as soon as they reached the intercom. we had the windows below, so we could hear that the employee spoke rudely to the customers when he decided to take their orders. finally the car reached the window before us, only to be very rudely said “We are closed!”
There was soou much mayo and ketchup on my shielded jr when I opened the wrapper, you could not even see the bungalow it was covered on the outside. so much that it was disgusting and soggy?
The staff I've met lately is rude and not helpful. they treat you as if you were an inconvenience. I have served several minutes without confirmation on the windows with the car. my order is never right.
