Gyro Uno - Decatur

The gyro my wife and I had was really awesome. We had the lamb and I am so happy to go back. That is why we give this place five stars. One thing I will say as a help to the owners if they read this is they need to take their tabouli salad off the menu. Even if it was good which ours was not it is served in a tiny garnish sized container. When you are accustomed to eating Al's tabouli you know what I'm talking about. Besides that I loved the place and plan to return and hope for success for this business. I mention the tabouli for the sake of wanting the place to succeed. That should be removed or improved.

Three of us ate there and all found the Gyro's to be excellent. I had the traditional gyro with lamb and beef with a side of FF and found the portion was plenty, maybe a little too much. Price was right. The atmosphere was very basic and the only downside for me.

Stopped in a couple of days ago for carryout. Food was excellent, service was excellent and interior was quite nice for that small of a location. Exactly what I hoped for and a little more. They had dolmades which pleasantly surprised me. A little heavy on the sauce with them but that is just my taste preference. I would highly suggest Gyro Uno for good, reasonable priced Greek cuisine. I will definitely return for more.

Gyro Uno is my absolute favorite place to eat in Decatur! Their BLT gyro is the best and their Uno sauce is amazing. The service is top notch. For anyone that hasn't eaten there, it's a must try! I really can not recommend this place enough.

Fabulous! Yummy food in a bright, cheery atmosphere. I enjoyed visiting with the staff who did a great job with menu recommendations. I had the Gyro Uno, and my spouse had the Lamb Beef Plate. Plenty of food and the price is right!
