Mcdonald's - Decatur

Haven't eaten McDonald's in months, such a nice treat. Friendly lady took my order too, shocker for these times.

My wife likes the burgers. I don't eat there, because there are no vegetarian options.

I would write a long bad review but the previous bad reviews express the the same experience that I had at this store. Very inconsiderate and disrespectful service. I will not spend hard earned money at this McDonald's again. My sandwich was falling out of its wrapper in the bottom of the bag. No eye contact at the drive thru and no communication or interaction with me.

They have resold and the customer service and food is way better than in the past. Try it again. I avoided it for a couple years

This morning I went through the drive thru to order a hot Carmel mocha. I know they have it because I order them all the time. I told the lady on the monitor what I needed. She then yelled at me saying I CANT UNDERSTAND YOU! So I said it again. She came back and said WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT, So to make it easier I changed my order to an ice coffee. Still continued having an attitude and continued being rude. I understand people have bad days, but there is a way to be politer about certain situations. I drove off because I was furious on how she was speaking to me. Last time I will go here.
