Pizza Hut - Decatur

I ordered my food online at 830. I decided to go online because when I called the number to order over the phone, no one answered the phone and I waited 10mins and still the phone just kept on rings. I ordered the delivery and used the tracker with the text updates. I said a Txt at 954, my food is on the way... it's 1050pm now and I don't have any food and still have no answer from everyone on the phone. The pizza hut is literally 2.2 miles away from me. I don't know why I have a confirmation-tx, but no pizza?

I placed an online order for carryout, consisting of two large pizzas with two toppings each, along with a side of breadsticks. My boyfriend picked up the order on his way home. One of the pizzas was correct, but the other pan pizza was a disaster—it had only pepperoni instead of the ham I requested, and it was missing the crust topping that I ordered. To make matters worse, the hard breadsticks didn’t come with any marinara sauce. I was really disappointed with my pizza and breadsticks.

I ordered my pizza at 9:06, expecting it to arrive by 9:55. It didn't show up until 30 minutes later, and when it did, it was cold. We had to put it in the oven to warm it up. The driver claimed she got lost because her navigation stopped working, but we're only three minutes away from the restaurant. I just couldn't believe that excuse.

The pizza is good when it's made correctly, but I've had to get the pizza remade almost every time i've come here. When I ask for double pepperoni, and open the box and see the norm (2-3 pieces per slice) I'm going to tell you to remake it absolutely every time, even if an employee wants to give some attitude about it. It's like how much pepperoni would be on there if I hadn't asked for extra, none? Same thing with when I ask for extra sauce. Would there just be no sauce if i didn't ask? Other than that, it's good pizza, but the employees are either all high all of the time or just aren't mentally present when they are making the pizza until they get a complaint.
