Taco Bell - Decatur

My recent visit to the Taco Bell on Beltline Road was not necessarily bad, but rather time-consuming. It took me nearly 30 minutes to reach the order menu, with the line extending out into the parking lot. It felt like they were only serving one customer at a time, from ordering to delivery at the window. While I understand that many places are short-staffed, seeing a full crew of at least 5 employees in the kitchen made me wonder if the issue was not lack of help, but rather a lack of efficiency and training in the grill area, starting from the order takers and down to the grill personnel.

This is a great place to eat. The staff is friendly and the manager, who is somewhat bald, was very courteous even when I came to pick up as a Door Dasher. Good job, Manager!

I experienced the worst customer service at this Taco Bell. They were incredibly rude, rushed me off, and even forgot part of my order. When I called the store, no one answered. After calling again, they promised someone would call me back but never did. I have never been treated so poorly over a quick meal. I recommend going elsewhere for food. I hope this review helps.

Me and my husband went through the drive through and we had ordered the grilled cheese deluxe box large Pepsi 1 cheesy bean and rice burrito 1 spicy potatoe soft taco no lettuce 1 large Mt dew no ice and a bean burrito we waited and waited and when we gotthe order we began eating it in the parking lot we got our drinks which was medium (lady said she didn't hear us say large) ALLOF OUR MEAT WAS COLD we ended up just throwing the food away we will NEVER be back at this store again

Possibly the worst customer service of my life. The cashier on the ticket said Jada and sounded like she hated her life. I asked 3 times for no Chipotle sauce on my burrito and still got it. She huffed at me and went....mmmhhhhmmmm. when I said Thank you.The boy that took my money, absolutely zero words. And then my order was messed up. ????
