Tapas Desi - Decatur

1st timers here We ordered the Pani Puri, chicken momos, and queso bites as appetizers. The puris are super fresh and for meal we got the chicken makhani and gosht curry. A bit overpriced but the guy who took care of us had the best vibes. ?

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! If I had an option for 0 stars or negative stars I would HAPPILY rate it. Service was okay. Food barely had any taste meat was not cooked. Overpriced with everything. There are better options with restaurants in this area. I would NOT recommend.

Walking in, the atmosphere of the restaurant was great. Music was amazing as well, super clean and well put together restaurant. The pictures on the walls were really cool and different. The service and hospitality was 10/10. Super welcoming environment. Now on to the food, it was amazing. We got a numerous amount of things and they all were a home run. The lamb chops are cooked to perfection, the dumplings were delicious, the paneer was out of this world. We also got the butterchicken and it was delicious. The queso bites were to die for and the gulab jammun bread pudding dessert was so different and delicious. The chefs and owners knew exactly what they were doing with this menu and the knocked it out of the park. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone!

Delicious place for a quick bite. Tandoori chicken was great, and the riff on hummus was very smart and yummy.

I went to this location with several friends, including some from India and others of Indian ethnicity, as well as some who had traveled there. We had a variety of food and appetizers, as well as main courses. The server and staff were very helpful with suggestions. The food was outstanding. It was a memorable visit. One of the India-born persons said that this was the place to go for good, authentic Indian food. She was right.
