Wendy's - Decatur

Man!!! I wouldn?t mind waiting Soo long but the employees was smoking some dirty mid outside so we had to wait ... gotta do better

This is the closest Wendy?s to my house. The food is always good, but every time without fail my order is incorrect. They are always leaving something off or I get the wrong order entirely. I believe I?ve been here one time where they actually had my order correct. I am in shock and just don?t understand how every time I order it?s incorrect. Whenever I ask for a correction I?m always a burden and treated like I?ve done something horrible. The staff are nice up until you need something adjusted on your order. I want to request is made it?s as if you murdered their kid or something.

Everyone masked up, fries were hot and delicious. Two thumbs up today.

I only gave one star because I had to, if i had the option to i would not give any stars. My drive through experience was horrible. My food was cold so I asked the manger Kuala for fresher fries. The fries was oily and old. The kids nuggets where Terrible also. When I asked for the number to make a complaint she became rude and walked off. Her daughter Alexia became when I kept asking for info and refused to give me the name of the manager because that was her mother. Complaint was made. I dont visit this location often. However this was my first experience that was this bad.

Two stars only because the food is usually hot and decent enough. No one here understands the concept of customer service whatsoever, and you?re not ?allowed? to change your order or add on once you get to the window, which I?ve literally never heard of in my life. Decide you want to give them additional money and add a Frosty with your meal? Forget about it. Why you ask? Because it will ?slow everything down too much.? So you?re telling me that your employees are so ineffective that they can?t even accommodate something such as this? Embarrassing. If you try going after 9pm, there?s only about a 50% chance they?ll actually be serving food, and if they are, be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes. If you?re already taking that long, you might as well let me add the Frosty.
