Panera Bread - Dedham

Worst meal I?ve ever had at a Panera. I ordered the Asian Citrus salad with chicken and the chicken was full of veins, unchewable fatty bits, and soggy, fatty pieces of skin. It was also all dark meat, when all other salads I?ve had here arealways white meat. I didn?t even eat a quarter of it out of fear of getting sick from the low quality chicken.

Nice friendly funny drive thru staff. But the food is overpriced and no receipt or drink with my ikids meal. No bacon on a sandwich and not sure if I was charged for it or not. 2 sandwich's and a kids mac cheese meal $35+ no worth the price no spoonof fork to eat. Disappointed.

Slowest drive thru ever waited 30 minutes to get to the front and then was told I’d be better off ordering inside. Backed all the way out, parked and got my indoor order. Why even bother having a drive thru?

Ordered a Baja bowl…I guess they were out of bowls.. why not a salad container. ANYTHING but a soup bowl would been great. My lunch is ruined

The food and service is always great when I come here. There was a small error for one of my orders and Andrea was kind and went above and beyond to help me. This is the type of customer service that keeps me coming back.
