Contribuisci feedbackI loved my experience at this restaurant! Even though we had to wait for about 25 minutes, the man at the counter was very polite and treated us nicely. It was clear that he was working hard and he made our wait worthwhile. He seemed genuinely interested in his job. I wish I knew his name, but unfortunately, I didn't see a name tag on him.
I placed a large order two days in advance for pickup between 1 and 1:05. I arrived at 1:07 when the parking lot finally became free to enter and park. They canceled my order and gave away my pizzas. It was 45 minutes before I arrived with guests for a party and they claimed it was inadvertently not in the system. I questioned where my pizzas were and suggested they should have been prepared if it was truly an accident. Instead, they gave them to a softball team. I was made to feel guilty because it was for children, but so was my party that I spent over $100 on and planned ahead with enough notice. They eventually refunded my money, but it was clear they expected my guests to go without food if I did not return within the week. In the end, if a restaurant cannot honor preorders, they should not accept them.
I ordered a paprika pizza and waited for 15 minutes. When it was brought to my table, I noticed that it was burnt and had no sauce or cheese on half of it. I went back in to ask if I could exchange it for another pizza, but the staff member said he needed to check with someone else. He eventually gave me another pizza that was even worse than the first one. When I pointed this out, he became defensive and said I was being picky. I asked to speak to the manager, but was told I would have to wait for another pizza. The staff showed a lack of concern for customer service and respect for their workplace. Additionally, I noticed they had reheated some cheese bread that I had returned the week before. Overall, the experience was disappointing and the staff clearly need better training.
Destined to use app to place order. calls and held for a long time. pizza was punctual. staff were friendly.
I was on hold for 38 minutes and no one ever answered. Had to go to there to order my pizzas simply because we wanted lite sauce. If I order a custom deluxe pizza pizza the price doubles just to get lite sauce!!! That is ridiculous!!!When I got to the store I told them I had been on hold for 38 minutes and the kid said “we can’t answer the phone” which leads me to believe they are told not to answer it by their owner or corp office…..Nice customer service!!!
