My husband loves seafood. For twoYears in a roll we have had Chef Gianni famous paella for his birthday parties. Both times were an amazing feast. My husband and our guests loved Chef Gianni’s beautiful paella! He was also able to accommodate my difficult food allergies by tweaking the ingredients. It was a delicious, colorful delectable culinary experience. You won’t go wrong if you choose Chef Gianni for any of you festivities and celebrations. I highly recommend him.
