Pollo Steak Tropical Grill

The Special Combo Beef Brisket fell short of my expectations.

I ordered two steak dinners with grilled onions, rice, black beans, dessert, and a drink. What I ended up receiving was two steaks with rice, but no onions or black beans. The steaks were dry, the dessert was incorrect, and there was no drink! I called to voice my complaint and was told it was the driver's fault, and that I should just order something else. When I requested a credit, I was denied. This restaurant has terrible customer service and lacks problem-solving skills. The food is mediocre at best.

I was quite disappointed with the food. The flan was bland, and the sauce ended up spilled all over the rice in the bag. The brisket was dry and hard to chew, and I didn’t receive two desserts that I ordered. I won’t be coming back to this restaurant.

The food was good, but it would have been fantastic if it had been served hot. When I served my boys, it was just okay—not hot, but not cold either. This was our first time trying Brazilian cuisine, and overall it was a great experience. The candies, however, were absolutely delicious!

It was pretty good. The food is served buffet style, offering a great variety of options.
