The restaurant was rebuilt and NO more outdoor terrace. Great idea so more tables and less waiting. The ride through was also redesigned and works perfectly. Amazing ribs and pulled pig. The chopped liver pãtē is so delicious. They don't give you any more bread. So it had to buy $3 for 4 small slices.
My wife and I went to Carson for our 10-year anniversary dinner and it was not disappointed. The service, food and drinks were all fantastic. We asked our server what we can do after dinner to keep the party. He didn't know, but he said he would find out for us. Shortly after we were greeted by the owner, Dean. We had a big conversation, though he told us that the area didn't have much of a nightlife. We really enjoyed the whole experience here and are happy to eat here again.
