Mcdonald's - Deerfield

The staff was kind and helpful, and the store was well-managed and clean.

Customer service was sub par. Was directed by a worker to order from a kiosk, and that it was required, instead of at the counter.

Every time I go here or any other mcdonalds, they always mess my EASY order up. I'm not sure how hard it should be to put KTCHUP ONLY on a burger! But they sure don't know how to, and then act like it's my fault when the receipt clearly says ketchup ONLY, yet the food says otherwise. I git a sausage mcmuffin in the morning that was stale, and the sausage tasted like it had been sitting for hours as it was rubbery. Tole my husband I didn't wanna go back but the kids really wanted a happy meal which is when they put everything on there cheeseburgers instead of putting ketchup only on as both receipts said on the burgers and my actual payment receipt. They refused to do anything other than remake them, which was difficult in itself to get them to do. Sorry to say, but mcdonalds is the worst fast-food out there, and they never try to make it right at this location,Wheeling, or buffalo grove.

Claudia had amazing customer service and was really nice and friendly with the ketchup!

Shame about the few 0 star review dragging things down. I like this McDonald’s. It’s clean and the quarter pounder is fresh cooked always. I come a lot and always a good meal.
