Panda Express - Defiance

As for the noodles, they could have been boiled and seasoned a bit better; they were slightly undercooked and didn't hold up to anything beyond 6 packets of soy sauce. Overall, I'll give them 4 stars. The place was busy, and the staff was friendly, which is what really matters to me.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I drove for 45 minutes to get there, only to find that they were no longer serving most entrées, even though there was still time until closing. If you have a posted closing time, why aren't you willing to serve customers until then?

We have attempted to dine at this location multiple times. During our last four visits, we were informed that we would need to wait half an hour for the sweet fire chicken. When we finally received our food, everything was cold. It's frustrating to wait so long only to be served cold meals. This is really disappointing because I love Panda Express, but not at the ones in Contempt, Ohio. I hope they can get new management soon so that customers can receive hot food when they place their orders.

Food was very good, I just didn't like the serving size. I have a very high metabolism and can eat. Had the steak bowl or something like that with brown rice. I love my beef!!

The recent visit was much better than in the past. All menu items (which I at least wanted) were available and waiting was short.
