Bravo Charlie - Dehra Dūn

Ambience is very regular. Food is rather good. Tikka tikka pizza was delicious. The mocktails were bang on perfect. The fatty bao was average. Service was good. Mr. Rakesh Chhetri, The Manager is an enterprising person. It was nice interacting with him. The serving staff was friendly n efficient.

Of the numerous new restaurants and cafes opened in Dehradun, I had a great interest in checking out Bravo Charlie because rumors had it that it would have an extremely extensive menu with some interesting fusion recipes along with very nominal prices (included on Rajpur Road). Of course I went to the exit as soon as I had a chance and was pleasantly surprised to find both rumors to be true! 1. Location Ground floor, Pinnacle Plaza (adjacent to Pacific Mall, Rajpur Road). Many parking spaces are available. Also accessible by local bus and Vikram. 2. Sitting Ambiance Bravo Charlie spreads over 2 floors, divided into 3 different areas: Bombay Classic (ground floor, enemy setup), Bohemian Castle (first floor, lounge setup with area for live performances) and Brother Che (first floor, view of Rajpur Road, air-conditioned smoking area with full service tables). Each of these areas is very tasteful and each of them has its own ambience and identity. Of course, all 3 areas are also very comfortable. 3. Service The staff is trained and polite. The service is always fast. Special mention of her bartender, who makes some of the best cocktails and mocktails I have tasted in Dehradun for a long time. 4. Food First thing I need to mention in this section is that EVERYTHING came in very generous portions that made the economic price point a much sweeter deal We were a group of 4 people and so we had to order a variety of dishes. Here is a brief breakdown of what we had everything and how it was: VIETNAMESE LAU : A clear noodle soup with additives on the side, this is almost a mini-moe in itself. One of the most tasty healthy dishes I've had for a long time! PALAK PATTA CHAAT: Light, crispy and perfect tangie! NIMBU TOKRI: Crispy edible nest filled with tasteful chicken keema! SUGARCANE KEBABS: Mutton mink kebab wrapped around real sugar cane to give a sweet and spicy taste. VARANASI: Paneer tikkar filled with Gulkand a delicious affair! HERBED SAUCE: Juicy and delicate chicken pieces grilled for perfection. DAL VODKA SHOT : Dal makhani cooked with vodka and served in shot glasses with tiny cuchas. MUTTON DUM BIRYANI: Authentic and delicious! MUTTON ROGAN JOSH: I paired the engraving with Biryani and the result was very excellent. The meat was also cooked for perfection. JALEBI: A perfect blend of green apple slices friend dressed in sweet Jalebi battery and with fresh Rabri. Conclusion: Bravo Charlie is the place to try in Dehradun, and I'm sure that as I, you stay back for more!

It is the best new place to taste unique and delicious food in Dehradun. Must visit this place and people there work so well. Everyone will love everything.

I loved the ambience of this place. We ordered many varieties and we loved all dishes. You accept Zomato Gold in this place. I feel the prices are low, but they serve hygiene food and the amount of food is also less. Good place to hang around with friends.

Taste of food is very good. Only problem is that the portion of dishes offered is very less as compared to the prices.
