Downtown Kitchen - DeKalb Junction

We enjoy the setting of Downtown Kitchen but this is the third time we've dined at this spot and the food is mediocre. We've dined at many fine restaurants and for the price, we would choose another steak house, sad to say. The service was outstanding and they went above and beyond to see that we were happy with our seating. The bartender is wonderful as well kudos to him!

As always, the meal was spectacular. Outstanding specials tonight! The beer cheese soup is one of my favorites and the Cioppino was the best I have had. And the service was attentive, perfectly timed, and welcoming.

We are new to town and this was our first dining experience in downtown Canton. What a treat!! We loved everything from the crab rangoon appetizers to the steak sirloin entrees and creme brûlée dessert. We will definitely be back!

My sister in law and I shared our birthdays by celebrating last evening at Downtown Kitchen. A thoughtful happy birthday card was on our table as we arrived That was signed by the staff and we also received a complementary birthday crème brûlée dessert which was delicious! Our server, Jason, who we have been fortunate enough to have served us before, could not have been more attentive, professional, and delightful. My filet mignon was prepared absolutely perfectly and so was the other entrée, the hanger steak! Once again, Downtown Kitchen did not disappoint and I'm already looking forward to going back soon! Canton is so fortunate to have such a hidden gem right downtown conveniently located. If you've somehow missed this dining experience- make reservations, because they are always busy due to their stellar reputation and popularity

Man that fried chicken and gravy were Ah-mazingggg!! And the creamed kale is great as well. Highly highly recommend this spot. The food was awesome and our server was great. The only thing I didn’t love was climbing up those janky stairs to get to the upper room restaurant. May I suggest a little makeover if your guests are going to be using those stairs (especially with trash smells and trash trails around the sidewalk). Otherwise 9/10!
